How to add it to your email
- Make the PNG with the tool above and keep Trim empty space on.
- In Gmail, open Settings, then See all settings, then General, scroll to Signature and use the image icon to upload it.
- In Outlook, open the signature editor from the settings and use the image button.
- Keep it small, around 200 to 300 pixels wide, so your emails stay light.
Some email apps use a dark background in dark mode, which can hide black ink. Send yourself a test email and check how it looks.
Questions
Will it look sharp on phones?
Upload a PNG at about twice the size it will be shown, for example 500 pixels wide displayed at 250, so it stays sharp on high-resolution screens.
Should I attach it or put it in my signature?
Add it in the signature editor. It then appears on every email you send, instead of arriving as a separate attachment.
