How to add it to a Word document
- Make the PNG with the tool above and download it.
- In Word, go to Insert, then Pictures, then This Device, and choose signature.png.
- Select the image, open Layout Options and choose In Front of Text, so you can drag it onto the signature line.
- Resize it from a corner handle to keep the proportions.
Questions
Why does my signature still have a white box?
The file was probably saved as a JPG, or the paper texture was not fully removed. Use the PNG from this tool and raise Cleanup until the background disappears.
Can I reuse it in other documents?
Yes. Keep the downloaded PNG in a folder and insert it whenever you need it, or right-click it in Word and choose Save as Picture.
